Bird Mu-stash!!!!! your lucky today to get this GREAT card via Pat, again I must say she ROCKS!!!! I love getting snail mail from her... it's always a happy dance with me when I open her package... too funny what she comes up with sometimes I am just blown away, and today is one of them... clever girl  isn't it...Thanks Pat, well as you can see I loved all the cards but these last two days are my very FAVORITE ONES THIS MONTH. hugs and mmmwahhhh!

The brows are bird wings, the nose too. The mustash is the bird... yep! and it's too cool, I JUST LOVE IT!!!!

I know right! LOL! I love this card, remember a few days back I shared a cased card with the little hedgehog on it, well I sent one to my downline Pat. Hey Pat! And this is her version she sent back to me and it ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!! She is so crafty.... I LOVE when I get mail from her and it's too cute and the head has a little spring on it so it kinda wobbles!!!! I LOVE,  LOVE,  LOVE IT!!!!!! Thanks girlfriend....

Just a quick little card made from punches... Add a little cardstock layering and some DSP and voila!  Great card for kids or even a masculine card....

Fishy Friends......

Yes, I know it's been way to long, but it's life. sorry......  I've got several cards I've done over the last few months and of coarse some of them are still holiday cards, but i'll show those at the end of the next several posts over the days...

Just a little thanks.

This is the cutest little card, it's got a little of everything. Embedded embossing and crystal effects, but just like with the snowman card yesterday you can't tell very well with the photo. This card was inspired by two friends, one with the layout and colors and the other with the crystal effects on the squares on the turtle shell. Tooo cute... Thanks Cindy and Audrey.

Stamped in stazon and then colored in with markers, same colors as cardstock.

Well this came from just playing around with the new pennant die.... Too cute huh! Also used the hand punches to complete this card, but thought it was great for anniversary or a wedding card.

Cardstock, blushing bride and Basic Black and Whisper White a few pearls and it's done.....  also curly cute for the words...

 

 

Popsicle instructions

Well, I'm back and promised you to show how I made this cute little popsicle... Lots of photos any questions just email me....

 
Start with a 1 - 1/4" X 4" strip (you will get two out of this) then take corner off top with oval punch see photos...

 
then cut it in half

 
then you will corner round the bottom edges, see one on right.

 
Okay at this point you want to punch out two word window punches with crumb cake for the sticks, and you want to also make two more of these same thing in White, because it will be the behind/inside of the ice cream popsicle..

 
use the scallop oval to take the bite out of top left corner, then glue the stick on back, then layer the white over that... so the stick is sandwiched in between....  After you have them all together then you will take a smaller bite out of the white to look like the following photo...

 
oops one more to show you both pieces... you might have to trim just a little of white, because you can't be exact with measurements when trimming with punches... :)

Well one more punch card... And yes the arms were made with a punch that is now retired but hey, wanted to share it anyway.

I'm excited! As the little ones say one more sleep then the fun... I'm going to West Palm this weekend to have some fun with the girlfriends and doing a new catalog open house with Vicki. It's been a rough summer for me and Joey and all this together time...UGH!! So glad school will be starting soon... The happiest time of the year... :)
