Well it was a longggggg weekend for me, but in the long run I think it will work better for my family. My office needed to be more accommodating for my family and myself for a number of reasons, but most of you who follow my blog know I'm going deaf and on a daily basis it is being much harder to function in my office the way it was and I had some dead space that when we added the last desk, we didn't take the time to move like we did this weekend (spring cleaning/purging). Even though I lost my wonderful island I had it will be good. Just have to get used to the new layout and find stuff in drawers that are all moved around now. LOL! So it will be a much better place when my family (which includes 2 BIG dogs) is in the room with me now. So here are a few photos to share my space with you... Hope you enjoy, I'll have some stamping stuff to post tomorrow.
Paper rack, lost 9 slots so I had to combine some colors of paper, but had to make it work in the new space...
View is I angle around from my stamp table, 12X12 rack next to closet has DSP also.
Hope you enjoy and maybe this might inspire someone else. Two things you might not know about me, but now you do. I LOVE the color GREEN and dragonflies...(wink)!
Jill, this turned out super GREAT! I see a lot more visability for you when Mike and Joey are in the room and there is a lot more space in the middle of the room for those big dogs to lie around and watch you! It was a LOT of work but it looks like it's paid off. NICE JOB! :)
Hugs,
Lisa

Wow I love your space. I like that you have 3 desk top spaces to work on when one is becomes so buried from too many ongoing projects (or is that just me). Anyway, I'm very jealous. I need to know how you came up with your plan and what did this cost you?
