Newsprint card

Quick posting here.... sorry the photo is a little fuzzy but that was me... I didn't get a very clear shot, sorry. I did a scrunch flower with 4 punches of the scallop circle and then folded them up really tight I also punched a 1/2 circle to put behind the brad that holds it all together, then I layer the circle punch so that the flower looks fuller then poked a hole through them all and put the brad through and attached it to the card with a dimensional. Base of the card is soft suede and then I used that same color to age the paper a little and give some dimension. Then you can play with the flower a little to make it look more full.. and standing up.  Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the card.

Sorry to have missed a few days but with being sick then we did yard work the end of the long holiday weekend, had to get caught up and yesterday was me taking care of the rest of the srubs to get the garbage men to pick up the rest of the tree trimming, and it was a lot!!!!! UGH! I finished up all the cards for this month and what needs to be mailed will go tomorrow. Those of you looking for card kits... I did get to play a little with another stamp I really think is cute a VAMPIRE! look here..

Dragonfly upgrade/update~

Hello everyone, hope you had a great holiday weekend. Myself mine started out not so wonderful as Joey (my son) were both sick Friday and Saturday with stomach issues, enough said on that one... Got better over the weekend then worked in the yard on Sunday and Yesterday trimming trees and bagging up and hauling to the front to be picked up with the trash today... I was doing the happy dance as there was so much we were wondering of they would pick it all up, but they did... yeah!!! Oaky on to the dragonfly I mentioned in the title, while I was working on craft fair items, I also did a little redo to an old dragonfly I had around the house... Don't have any stamping for this post but will be back later with some so check back later...
