Taco Fiesta Mini Tier Tray

It’s Taco Tuesday!!!!!! LOL! Yep I’m at again, well actually this was for a friend, but another friend, gave me a challenge! challenger met! Let me know what you think. Lots of fussy cutting fair warning…. 

First let me say this is mini tier tray you can get at Hobby Lobby, i think they come in three color this natural color and black along with white, but white might only be at Christmas? Not sure on that one.

With this view you can see the Chile, Lime wedge and Chili pepper confetti I used in this stuff. And yes, I used the mini little square blocks from dollar tree to glue my items to to hold them up. In most cases I colored the black to blend in well with the item or used a few layers to cover the fronts with the multiple items on front to not show block. 

Okay, I know it’s not a card today, but I thought you’d enjoy another use for the Taco Fiesta set… Works great…….

Share a Milkshake- Fun Fold

Hi! got a fun milkshake card for you today, it actually was supposed to be another fold, but yours truly (that’s me), messed up the score and then it went from there trimming off the part that was wrong going to my scrap file to get a piece of Night of Navy and finding a gate fold i had skipped on prior! Boom ideas began to roll! LOL! Really that’s how it happened!

The Little white piece flips up this is the inside of that piece, then it folds open with a gate fold. This is not one I designed for kits it’s a blog post, but I do have some fun cards for the kit this month in either Make a milkshake or Taco Fiesta, if your interested let me know.

Silly Goose Birthday

Well it’s here… Yep my birthday has arrived, the girls and I celebrated it on Wednesday and had a great time. LOL, I’m pre-posting this but I know then and me we had a good time it’s always good when we get together we are missing one in person but we will chat her up if she has time via work time. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I used a combination of stamp sets to create this little card, but I think it is adorable, I stole the little cake from the piggies, and the happy birthday from the Best day set which is my April kit, and the spots are made with a sponge dauber, added some DSP and made tags and there you go.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This card is pretty straight forward, you stamp and color however you want, then you create from there and using colors you colored with it the best way to do that, I stamped my image, then I had the idea to add the cake to cover the Frog, but I needed to mask off the flower too because it was too much with the cake and right at her beak. So I had to do it again to mask th and I did mask the top of frog,  but I do not think you have to. 

After that I decided to us the tag die and it just grew from there, some times I have design already in my head or some version only thing I had on this one was I wanted the cake in place of the frog for something different.

At The Pond Fly Time

Hello Everyone, I have a quick post here today and is as telling you a little about it at the end of my post yesterday. I used the conversation bubble and it really is a cute set along with the hostess set from this mini catalog. Again, I have to add maybe it’s my sense of humor even, but hope you like it. LOL! Get it.. I didn’t use the whole stamp on the Thank you, just the words, not the bubble a it was too big for my space. I added a little DSP and the scallop from the die set. i stamped the water and used the light blend to color/fill in the water the rest is like two step stamping.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ink to paper is the easiest way to do this and simple stamping but fun added with scallop and some dsp.

At The Pond With Freckles

Hi! Hope you had a great Monday, I made a few more frog cards, using At the Pond, but this one today is from the ones I was doing with Baby Wipe technique last week. This little from on the right is Freckles! 

Yep! I gave it a name, lol I thought it looked like freckles on it so that’s its name….. Have a look.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I  think LOVE is in the air! I LOVE The dragonflies, it’s they are too cute but I had to add some hearts and then of course the Hi there Valentine, comes from LOVE CATS, which was the in the mail set this month. 

I only took a couple of photos of this card as the inside I just have plain white for now, but this card is truly Ink to PAPER, well the frogs are from last week but. They are ink to paper to except the the added eye color with the light daffodil blend. 

With the water I stamped the ripples in Pool Party, then I followed it with the light Pool Party blend and filled it in. The frogs are cut out I used a little liquid glue on the bottom by the feet and dimensionals to pop up the heads a little.  I also used the light pool party around there feet so it wasn’t white against the water.

Froggy Tent Fold

Happy Monday! 

Hope your had a great weekend and lots of fun stuff. I had a pretty busy weekend in the office and around the house, but it was a rainy cold weekend, so that makes it okay to be stuck inside in my book. 

Okay so this card today I have to laugh as you really can’t tell because its what they call a distinctive stamp so you can’t really tell that I did a baby wipe technique for the colors on the frog, but all the same it’s a cute card. We will call this frog FRED! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So here it is and yes I used the same layout as the goose card I shared with all the layers last week but this front is much different, I also used the new smaller -blending brushes and it was grea frog for the smaller area and more control. I also use the artistic Mix decorative Masks on the front, but you really only see the outer edge of it around the frog, but that’s okay.

Hello! Sorry a little late post I got a little caught up in creating and having a little issue with my hand from bloodwork yesterday, but I will survive.

Hello, I know I said I would post a birthday card, but like got in my way terribly today.So this is the card your getting instead. LOL the idea hit me the other day and this is what I came up with!

Stair Step Birthday Card

Hi Everyone, I have a super fun card I made today a stair step birthday card. I made this for one of my besties, but I didn’t photo it because there gnome is from a gift tag I made several things with. The photos I have came from my phone and the photos are from my messy desk while I was also at the time being little Miss Elf a and working on about 100 others projects too. Her Birthday is in December. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This was before I started to add any decorations to the card. I used the holiday designer paper so it had a little Christmas but more just bright and colorful! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here I’m holding it in the closed position so i can make sure when it’s closed it will not poke out around the edges. 

Everything is Stampin’ Up! Except that silly gnome and the short of this is I wanted Gnome cupcakes for a previous girls birthday and they gave me a fit at Publix and I bought these tags to make them cupcake holders, but after I told my husband about this, he went to the store and had a talk with the bakery people, it got worked out so I didn’t need them, then the next birthday rolls around and I decided, Molly likes that fun crazy stuff so lets do it, I made a few gift bag tags (no photo), this card, and got them ready for cupcake toppers, but at the last minute she canceled as her husband got her a surprise trip to Bahamas so, I have toppers still. LOL. No worries there is always another birthday coming along. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here it is open. I put the ribbon which was the sting in the tags over the hole on the hat. Worked great, and she loved the card. So it’s a win, win. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There we go, I had a heck of a time getting thee photos to post and iCloud, etc. I have some directions, because I tweaked some I had, because they were for a bigger card.
