Okay there you go.. 3 pictures, I will give directions below, but I forgot to take a photo to show, but I will try my best to tell you how to do it and you understand it. 

6”x 6” DSP

Score all sides at 1 1/2” 

then cute out the 4 little square corners this will leave 4 tab like pieces on each side

then you will decide which side of the DSP you want to be on the inside of this 

Put the side you want to be on the inside face down to the other is up 

then pick a side I choose the right side to fold the edge over to meet the other edge, you are only  going to fold one side on all the tabs, but making sure you do the same side on ALL tab corners 

after you done you will just fold them over each other on the last tab you gently fold it under looking at photo you should be able to tell how to do this.
