Taco Fiesta Mini Tier Tray

It’s Taco Tuesday!!!!!! LOL! Yep I’m at again, well actually this was for a friend, but another friend, gave me a challenge! challenger met! Let me know what you think. Lots of fussy cutting fair warning…. 

First let me say this is mini tier tray you can get at Hobby Lobby, i think they come in three color this natural color and black along with white, but white might only be at Christmas? Not sure on that one.

With this view you can see the Chile, Lime wedge and Chili pepper confetti I used in this stuff. And yes, I used the mini little square blocks from dollar tree to glue my items to to hold them up. In most cases I colored the black to blend in well with the item or used a few layers to cover the fronts with the multiple items on front to not show block. 

Okay, I know it’s not a card today, but I thought you’d enjoy another use for the Taco Fiesta set… Works great…….

Make up Day 12/24

So these are a  little more of my gifts... I found the letters at Target Dollar spot, however I NEVER could find a Y! So sadly She did not get one from me.  

And in my true FLOWER POWER FASHION, I decorated these puppies up for year person. Using first idea of Colors they like or flowers etc., but in this case. I used colors they have in there office/stamping spaces... I used mine for office colors... 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I used the Medium Daisy Punch on these,,, and some Rhinestones to match. A couple of the ribbons are retired from last year SAB, but for my friends gifts it's okay because I needed matching colors..

Nothing goes as planned on your to do list. Or it gets changed up. That was today. 

First I wasn't expecting the Inspector. Never on Mondays it's always a rough one after the weekend of working on the office for last few weeks.

To explain a little about what's going on, last weekend we finished installing the floating shelves my husband built, (the weekend before we did the wood accent wall)

The office was still intact and workable when we did the wall, however my husband decided last week on Friday night when he arrived home from his week of traveling with work that he only wanted to unload my office 1 time.  After doing this, I'm thankful he decided that. But it meant we spent all day Saturday traveling around to Ikea, Home Depot, Brass Pro Shop (hubby needed to go since we were so close) he had still some gift cards to spend. 

We also did lunch out while we were doing the running. That Left Sunday to unload my office, but since it was last minute, I had work to complete before moving it all over the house. REALLY it all over the place. 

But after it was empty we did the floating shelves and started to pull up the laminate flooring, but before we got into it to far, I noticed the corner looked weird, well come to find out we had a water leak, but from where???? No clue and as we pulled the laminate I could smell MOLD terrible... I can't hear but I can smell. YUCK!!!

So This was now late Sunday night Mike would be gone for the week. 

I found the next day or maybe Tuesday leaking in the garage. Turns out it was the copper pipes in the wall from hot water heater, had a tiny whole and it was escaping there. So Home Owners Inspector came and looked he thought it was hose/faucet on outside wall. 

So repairs are made but wall needs to be closed up and trim and painting done, then tile can be done... I have someone coming tomorrow to see if they will do the drywall and trim. 

Monday I ended up attacking my closet for two reasons, one to purge and organize and the other reason is when the repairs were made the hubs made a big mess and his shop vac (because of his engineering) had a bit of a mishap and he claims it was like and atomic bomb of dust went off in my office, so EVERYTHING IN MY OFFICE WAS COATED WITH A THICK LAYER OF DRYWALL dust. UGH!!!

It's a bit depressing in my office.

You might not be able to see a difference but I was already started when I remembered to take a photos Oops but left side is beginning and right side is almost done, I have gone through every box, totes and all items in the closet and wiped everything down. What a task, all day.

I need some company and some cheer while I was in there, had to get it done as soon as well and trim is done, tile does in. No other time to do it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That's it for today, sorry no stamping but I keep repeating the mantra, It will be so awesome after it's all done... Just keep working your making progress. There you have it.

BJamy Tribe Forever~~~~

Good Morning! Well it was a busy weekend and not to much stamping going on. but I've got some fun things to share today. 

First you ask, what the heck is BJamy!! Well it's a very close group of ladies and I that we are share a LOVE for stamping and crafting and we formed a group! WE meet ounce a month and craft together for the fellowship and fun and celebrate birthdays and whatever else is going on in our lives... This weekend was our monthly but we worked in our Christmas party too. Gifts, food and food and food and more food...

We just recently decided that we were the BJamy Tribe!!!  

So in the photo I didn't photo everything, but a few highlights... 

I had a friend do the t-shirts for all of us. I think they were a hit! Here's a funny when we were picking what we wanted like  crew, group, tribe etc. (You get the picture) Well Our class clown (not really)  of the group chimed in and said, Cult! LMAO~!!! I told her it was not a option in our list here.. :)  And she said she wanted to be the leader!  She's a hoot and we all LOVE her to pieces...  Funny, we also met for her birthday on Monday as a surprise her hubby set up... 

So when I had another friend make the shirts (she's in Michigan) she and I were back and forth on the emails and texts deciding what to do.. So I knew I wanted white for the name, but she talked me into the colored Tribe, so I picked there favorite colors for that.. I have photos to share. We met at Brandi's house and she was puppy sitting and little (not) kitty wanted to be included.. She was so cute...

These Ladies right here were brought together originally through Stampin' Up! and our friend Lisa... But some of us are not SU! anymore and for a bit we are all in the same area... Which is sooooo Very NICE.... One of our tribe will be moving to Arizona next year, she will be truly missed by all of us, but we will stay in touch...

First up a little tin, Molly and her mini stuff is AMAZING!!! Middle is the US!!! LOL, no really meerkat and pine trees Brandi stamped for us while we sat and chatted and stamped , Last one Molly gave us... Soo cute then she says, be careful they pop open sometimes!!! Um, really???? like all those little ball/beads will be everywhere??!! Yikes!!!!!  But so cute, she said eyes are stickers...

Look at this AWESOME OWL!!!! Molly is such and amazing painter, I keep telling her she needs to sell them... But oh how thankful I am for this beauty.... 

We had an awesome time and Brandi hosted and we all brought a little something to share, we had a good time all around and that is the best part of this TRIBE, we have each others backs and are there all the time... Love these amazing ladies....

It's Poppy Monday

Welcome to Monday Everyone! Hope it's great so far... Here is the promised Poppy flowers from Last Friday's post... 

So you've heard from me several times that  I LOVE THE POPPIES COMING! So here are a few more just to share with you the LOVE...

Box is designed simple Black, White and Red (Poppy Parade) and no real reason for the box but it could hold a bracelet, candy or a paper poppy if you want it too. 

 

DIRECTIONS FIRST: 

Base box:  5" X 5" Score at 1" on all side, cut and tape it up. 

Top of Box is 4 1/16" X 4 1/16"  Score it at 1/2" all side, cut and tape, However I did a little extra score for pop I score at 3/8" and then at 1/2" that is why there is another score line on the lid...

Poppy on and in Box is 3 pieces die cut and then stamp off the splatter stamp and decorate the petals... I used tombo glue to clue them together in center. then added 2 little black frilly things in center and finally added a perennial essence floral center for a little pop.. 

The flower in the vase a little more petal.. I used the smaller die and it's a side view cut so I made 7 cuts, stamped same way, they ruffled, smoosh, twisted and turn the petals to give them a roughed up look the used tombo glue and glue dots to make it all work. on the back I did a 1" circle punch to run wire through and attached to back of flower. Thursday Finally

Hi! 

Well I woke and the emails hadn't gone through.. GRRRRR Didn't need that today, but I think I have them here now... Okay lots of photos, But know this. all was current on the little monthly Gems till I got to the Turkey and He had punches on it that are retired, but I still had.. Just being honest here... I LOVE this.... OOPS and the Letters spelling word out...

Wednesday Finally!!!!

Well remember I said I've been I Christmas mode, well I am knee deep in it and some stuff I can't share. But this project I did for myself at the same time I made a HOME sign for a gift... but can't show it... So here is the WELCOME SIGN for me... 

It seems the internet has decided to give me a FIT.... and the photos I did water marks on are not loading to the email for processing like I need them or sent them... So this post is gonna flip to a quick something else... 

Those of you know me know I LOVE dragonflies a lot! But there are few of you who know I love crows too I have a collection on the over head shelf in my kitchen... Some of them go back to way back to my first apartment my sisters called my country duckie apartment... LMAO!!!! So funny.. Anyways... 

Some of the projects I made this week involved photos and if you recall some of my cards for my groomer I often include personalized photos on the cards... Any way as I was searching for some things on the internet.. I came across this photo and had to print it twice once for my office for a frame and then for a birthday card...

Nut there are 3 crows at the part and I think a little robin in the nest. in my office I have accents of yellow  so this photo just popped with the yellow frame I had... And of course it's already after midnight and the photos are still not here so this is it for now, I will catch up when I wake up...
