5/22/2024 Wednesday- WW#20 - Makeup! 

Hi! Sorry, I have been down with a stomach flu and man it’s knocked me out of it. I don’t have all my pictures ready for posting. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Group Photo it is hard to get a great shot for you to realize how cool it really is . I‘m  calling this bouncy front card! LOL!  If you mail this is will be extra for the bulk/thickness… Just telling you  now up front. 

But a very fun card. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This kinda of shows you how it sits up on top. The working piece, I will share with you at the end my pattern. I made the Cow card a little smaller, to fit the layered pieces better. I will tell you that the working piece works best when it is close to the size of the front piece  to make it more stable. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s water color paper and I made this for a good friend of mines sister for her 60th. Birthday. I forgot to photo before I wrote inside so you can’t see inside but it’s got let’s eat cake inside of it.

So here is the pattern, this size I used on the Zinnia and the Wagon.  

But I only changed the 4 1/4” size which looking at this photo would be top to bottom the 5 1/2” says the same and you score both ends at the 1/2”, 1”, 1- 1/2” mark .. Remember it is the size of the piece you will put on top of this .

Also a note here*** The wagon card, where you see the DSP is backed with the same size piece of card stock to make it more sturdy. 

This next view isn’t the treated to see the fold but for it to stand up I had to spread it some. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Those end pieces, that first score there, it gets tucked so you make like an accordion for it. I recommend always to check placement, movement before gluing anything in place…

Hello! Happy Wednesday or as more people call it Hump Day! LOL

Just calling this one flowers, but really it’s the sunflowers from the Cutest Cow set. I colored with blends, then added sequin to the center of the flowers for a different effect.

Hello! Well, I’ve given this a lot of thought. I’m gonna change things up for May and see if things are better for me. I‘M struggling as you can see to keep up with 5 days a week posting and my life and re-hurting my shoulder. 

I’m going to post Monday, Wednesday, Friday for the month of May, I will finish makeup within the next two days.

Group Shot first, this is an assortment for sure. The Hey Chuck, I threw in there to show you. It’s my original card long time ago. The PP card is not a A2, it’s a large cards needs a special made envelope. Beehive

Hello! So this card is an old card, and old colors, but I more wanted to share the pattern for the Bee hive since I haven’t share this card with you on the blog. This was a card from when I was off the grid and not posting for a long time. Alright, that’s it just a point of reference the hive is about 2 1/2” at it’s widest and about 2 3/4” long/tall

You might be about to print the first one and use as a pattern? 

But to let you know I drew on a piece of card-stock and then I  used 1/2” circle punch on the Daffodil Delight I cut it out and then embossed it then scored it to make it more realistic and then I sponged it for more depth. 

The card base is regular 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” score at 4 1/4” then I  took one once of the front side 

On the words, I stamped first them embossed.

A Fish A Wish Card

This card goes with Monday’s Sushi Box, I just switched up the fish colors a little bit and made a card instead of a box. Alright as you can see, the Card is like the box I  only added a few extra gem the new Loose Frosted Dots (161153) from the Exclusive kit this month.  

I added the pattern again here so if you’re looking at this day it’s here too. Okay that’s it for Monday and Tuesday now on to Wednesday since this has taken much longer than planned.
