Queen Bee Card 3

Hello, well as promised on Friday another BEE card today and this one I have made this layout before but I think it works for the card as well.

This card can be used to write on inside or on back it’s your choice, this card I did on the inside you can see a little of the words Beyond Grateful. 

 

Base card is 8 1/2” X 5 1/2” score at 3, 6, and 7 1/4” 

Tent piece is 3 1/2” x 8 1/2” score at 4 1/4” 

Layer for tent on those is 3 1/4” X 4”,  So Saffron I used the blending brush with Crushed Curry to please around all the edges before I used the Hive Embossing folder on it.

Behind that and under the tent middle piece is same colors and blending but size is 2 3/4” x 5 1/4” before Hive embossing folder. 

The strip on the front bottom panel is 1” x 5 1/4” same as above two before using the Hive Embossing folder 

The Yellow small flowers are colored with daffodil blends and the opaque  gems in the white little flowers I used the Dark Daffodil delight blend to color them. 

Light pool part on little bee wings, then wink of Stella on them.

Stylish dies for the Black C/S two largest circles.

Dimensionals, Glue dots and multi purpose glue

L/D Daffodil on Bee

L/D Parakeet Party on Bee

L/ Pool Party all around Bee to pop it out. 

I used white gel pen in the venter of those flowers and on little bee flower (not SU! Product)

Hello! I’m back with card number two that I created yesterday evening. I will give you a little info here and say, I wasn’t sure what I was making except that my goal was 4 thank you cards and not all to be a like but lots of the same elements used on each card. one of my friends asked me how do you do you that? I’m not sure really how to answer that as sometimes I used a pattern I already created and make a new thing with it but in these cards only one card was that way, the other cards just came out as I started.  For example the card yesterday I knew I wanted to use a shade of purple, but I also knew I wanted to use the new Opaque Gems (160412) and the colors there are Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo and Fresh Freesia along with White. And sometimes A stamp set talks to me as I like to say, It just starts speaking to me. LOL not really, just cards images and designs start popping into my head. And it’s been this way all along, other times a stamp set gives me grief! LOL meaning nothing talks to me. 

Okay you didn’t come to see all this let’s get going with the card photos. Just a quickie here. I saw something similar as the functioning of this card from someone in the UK, but had no captions for me so I just figured out the working of it and I didn’t like how they scored the back of the card, I do not feel it’s necessary. The images on the gate fold front are stamped in versa mark for a little more subtle look. Just randomly stamped them. I was going to add DSP to the belly band but clued it before I remembered, so no DSP.

Queen Bee Thank you

Hello, I’m a little late on my post but I was busy getting some cards done and lost track of time. It happens! I hope your having a great day and I want to share with you a card I made using the new QUEEN BEE (160485)stamp bundle and I got it for my birthday so I was making some Thank you card, however the set doesn’t have Thank you, so I  used the awesome set, Charming Sentiments(159985).

Hi! It me again got a nice little simple Thank you card that is simple but a little wow going on I think. DSP a few circle dies and ribbon and punch some stamp flowers add some gems and you got a beautiful Thank you card.

This card is pretty simple and I might even say you could use some scraps of DSP and C/S for the layer depending on size you were going for. 

As you can see from the the photo, it’ s just a piece of DSP and a layer of card stock (C/S) on top of the base white card. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Base: Basic White 4 1/4”x 11” score at 4 1/4” 

The attach the Night of Navy piece and you will cut angles off of it after you add the DSP. Like I said prior descends on how big you want the section to be, it can be bigger or smaller, but you might want to base that one the wording you choose, STAMP IT FIRST in bottom right corner.

Very Simple easy card and another great way to use up your extra DSP scraps.

Okay this is a total case for the layout, sadly it's been so long ago I have no notes on it. Sorry to original person.

Thank you! You have finally arrived Friday! It' a long week but it was a long week on Wednesday!! Glad it's over...

So the cards today are the same layout just different DSP and colors. I needed some thank you cards so this was fast way to do it... Notes inside can make them personal! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are the two cards see same layout and same style just different colors and DSP. 

The insides are all the same to but last photo will show you that. DSP here is 4" X 4 1/4"  the strip is like 1/4" X4 1/4"

Lighting stinks on photo so sorry but the card base is Petal Pink and the snail body too. Shell is Bermuda Bay L/D, Real Red L/D on heart. New DSP black and white, and the dot on the base card is in the stamp set, just to let you know. It's the negative out of the word bubble stamp.

11/25 Darling Donkeys

Good Morning, I have a sneak peek here is a stamp set that is going to be out in January 2021 Sale-A-bration.... It will be FREE with the 50.00 purchase and the designer paper(DSP) will be an item as well. This is a case card, but I added my own spin on it.. Hope you Enjoy it!  I've been creating lots of cards with this set and have some AMAZING IDEAS!

So, the last photo you might be able to see it a little better but this is such a cute card. I used the small blossom flower punch and added an Elegant faceted gem in the center, LOVE those!!!
